Location was good and the rooms were decent.
I wanted to depart at 14:instead of 12:00 and they charged me half of the amount of money I gave for the room extra..also not good sound proof.

The hotel is well placed for the city and university. The staff were all very friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced.
The decoration could do with freshening up - the picture in my room had no glass and there was a leak on the floor in the bathroom.

The hotel was ideally placed near the university and the centre of town. All service was up to standard. A good breakfast was provided. We particularly enjoyed the ample room for three.I would unreservedly recommend this hotel (made on account of three visits during the past year, the last of which was in three parts - three nights, a gap of three nights, one night in the hotel, a gap of your nights, and two nights in the hotel - the hotel staff were very accommodating of our broken stay and kept charge of our luggae when we were not there).

Great location and best breakfast buffet we've had on Greece. Staff very helpful...near to restaurants, university area and just a few blocks to the sea, museums, White Tower. We liked not being in the very central section of the city. Only negative was the hotel was a bit shabby...needs new carpets and to be repainted. We would go back.

The location was best. It was in the best place for bus connections and walking distances to the shopping area, the universities, museum etc.
If anyone likes a quiet hotel, this one is not. It sits at a busy junction and the traffic noise is inevitable even at higher floors, especially if one likes to have the balcony doors open.

The location was excellent. The hotel was really clean.
Some of the stuff was friendly some were just polite. Due to the fact that they work in tourism I was expecting that they will try harder to help their clients.

ABC Hotel is clean and the staff very professional. The location is excellent, if you are there for business or sightseeing in the centre of the city. An overall good choice in a reasonable price.
It would be better in my view if they offered free Internet access 24/7. This is important particularly for businessmen.
